Personalized Nutrition Services

One on One Telehealth Consultations

Evidence Based Recommendations

Personalized recommendations grounded in clinical research and integrative nutrition science.

I don’t believe in fads — I rely on the latest evidence to support your unique biology, symptoms, and goals with a science-backed plan tailored just for you.

Holistic & Functional Approach

Your body is an interconnected system — and we treat it that way.

We’ll dig deep to uncover root causes, not just symptoms. Whether you’re dealing with digestion, hormones, inflammation, or fatigue, I create plans that support whole-body balance and long-term vitality.

Real-Life Realistic Plans

No rigid rules. No one-size-fits-all diets.

Enjoy the foods you love while nourishing your body. Your plan will be customized to your preferences, lifestyle, and goals — whether you’re plant-based, managing sensitivities, or navigating complex health needs.

Lifestyle & Stress Support

Wellness is more than what’s on your plate.

We’ll explore lifestyle strategies to support your mind and body — from stress reduction to sleep optimization and energy renewal — helping you feel more balanced and resilient every day.

Comprehensive Lab Review

Data-driven insights to guide your healing path.

I review recent labs (or help you order new ones) to assess nutrient status, hormone function, inflammation, digestion, and more — identifying patterns and imbalances to personalize your plan with precision.

Targeted Supplement Guidance

When needed, I recommend safe, evidence-based supplements to support your nutrition goals.

I only suggest what’s truly beneficial — no unnecessary pills, just strategic tools to complement your plan. Professional-grade options available for purchase through my practitioner dispensary.
